Method 1: Steps to Install MIUI Third Party Theme with The Help of Designer Account.

1. To Create a MIUI Designer Account, open any search engine and go to http://designer.xiaomi.com

2. If you have MI Account then click on "Login" otherwise click on "Register".

3. Now you have to select account type. Click on "INDIVIDUAL DESIGNER".

4. Fill out the form as per required and upload your photo as required.

5. Leave Bind bank card information and click on "Registration". This is for Chinese Citizens as they get paid on according to the download of their themes.

6. After then click on "Accept Agreement and Register". Your application will be reviewed by the concerned team, and your result will be sent to the mail. Be patient, it takes upto 7 to 10 days.

7. Please wait for permission, when you get the permit then you can install Third Party Themes on your Xiaomi mobile.

8. After permit, first download MIUI Theme in .mtz extension on your Xiaomi phone.

9. Now go to your Mobile Apps and launch the Themes application, and select offline mode in the Theme Profile tab, where you can see the list of all offline themes that already exists in your phone.

10. Scroll down and click on "Import".

11. After that go to the downloaded MIUI Theme and select it.

12. Now you can see the downloaded theme will be installed and it will appear with other offline themes, select the installed theme and click on "Apply".
